Started instructing (for others) in 1976.

Founded and opened first gym in 1977.

Trainer of 24 World Champions and countless other International, National and Regional Champions.

    Certified in Thailand. Head of Khaay Muay SitKraitus under Ajarn Panya Kraitus in Canada.

    Canadian Representative of/and also sitting on the executive board of the World MuayThai Council (WMC) and International Federation of MuayThai Amateur (IFMA), both having their head offices in Thailand.

    North American Representative of the World Kickboxing Association (WKA - England).

    Member of the Canadian Muay Thai Council-Amateur (CMTC-A).

    Amateur Muay Thai (IFMA) is included as a member of GAISF (General Association of International Sports Federations), and the goal of Ajarn Mike Miles, IFMA and the CMTC-A is to see Muay Thai become part of the Olympic Games.

    7th Degree Black Belt in Kickboxing certified by the WKA.

    Certified Black Belt in Karate and Tae Kwon-Do.

    Trained in International Boxing and Boxe Francaise-Savate (French Kickboxing).

    Inducted into various international and national Martial Arts Hall of Fames including:
