Beginners Muay Thai/Kickboxing Classes, Intermediate Muay Thai
/Kickboxing Classes, Advanced Muay Thai/Kickboxing Classes.
For the first half we concentrate on cardio fitness. We do lots of running, skipping, push-ups, sit-ups,
squats and other various strengthening exercises to get your body nice and warm. Once we're warmed up we do
a 5 - 10 minute stretch and then move on to offensive and defensive techniques. We will teach you how to
throw and defend; punches, kicks, elbows and knees. There is no sparring in our Beginner Class. If you are
interested in sparring, the Intermediate and Advanced Classes have progressively more contact and sparring
in them.
Kickboxercise/Cardio-Kickboxing Classes.
In these classes we like to concentrate more on the cardio aspect of Kickboxing and Muay Thai. We recommend
you have your first five Beginner Kickboxing/Muay Thai Classes before attending the cardio classes, so we
don't have to stop and worry about technique. We like to keep you moving for the entire class and give you a
really good sweat.
