Davy, Nokweed (Thailand) vs. LeBanner, Jerome (France)
Part of the foruth round between the grossly outweighed Thai Davy (by almost 90 lbs.) against French heavyweight LeBanner in the K-1. At the beginning of the bout, LeBanner has a smile on his face figuring this bout will be a cakewalk. Does not turn out this way as Davy, though not really busy, lands some great shots and bloodies LeBanner's nose. (Copyright K-1)

Davy, Nokweed (Thailand) vs. Petchyindee, Sakad (Thailand)

DeSnoo, Leo (Holland) vs. Theriault, Jean Yves (Canada)
DeSnoo figures he can repeat what fellow countryman Rob Kaman did and that was kick Theriault into submission. The strategy does not work the way the Dutch athlete hopes and he throws many low kicks, finally being disqualified by this tactic. Theriault has run out of above the waist athletes to fight while DeSnoo is a low kick and Muay Thai athlete trained to kick to the legs. The problem with these kind of match ups are that rules are always infringed upon.

Diafat, Dida (France) vs. Saimai (Thailand)
Again a Thai athlete who uses smart movement and unpredictability to frustrate and nullify everything Dida has to offer. Saimai wins the bout.

Diafat, Dida (France) vs. Sor Prantale, Chandet (Thailand)
Chandet's knees prove to be too strong for the French athlete.
