Pao Paouin, Cheungnoi (Thailand) vs.
Lilley, Roy (Canada)
Esarn Champion Cheungnoi takes on Canada's Lilley in a classic Muay Thai
match. Lilley drops the tough Thai with an excellent kick. Lilley was very ready for this bout. (Copyright MIKE
MILES PRODUCTIONS)
Payakaroon, Samart (Thailand) vs.
Chor Thansukal, Dieselnoi (Thailand)
Falsely reported as a win for Payakaroon (he lost in
their real encounters), it is obvious this is an exhibition only.
Pelkey, Shawn (Canada) vs. Lilley, Roy
(Canada)
Lilley takes his time and works his skills to frustrate Pelkey. (Copyright MIKE
MILES PRODUCTIONS)
Pena, Hector (USA) vs. Dekkers, Ramon
(Holland)
According to reports Pena had never heard of Dekkers and took him very lightly in
this bout in Japan. Mistake.
Pena, Hector (USA) vs. Lookchaomaesithong,
Coban (Thailand)
Pre fight, Pena treats Coban very direspectfully (at the press conference treating
the Thai athlete like a baby). When the bout starts, Coban shows Pena what punching power is!
Penner, Nick (Canada) vs. Kelly, Brian
(Canada)
1999 Canadian Kickboxing Title between 2 athletes who were fiercely competitive. These 2 have fought
several times before. Kelly wins this decision by punch KO after landing a solid body kick. (Copyright Mike Miles Productions)
Penner, Nick (Canada) vs. Lazenby, Paul
(Canada)
Penner starts off great but loses steam as the bout goes into the longer rounds.
Lazenby wins the encounter and the title.

Perez, Francisco (Spain) vs. Lilley, Roy
(Canada) vs.
The Canadian battles with two badly damaged legs (prior to the fight). Lilley
uses his elbows and cuts Perez up.
Petchyindee, Sakad (Thailand) vs.
Cunningham, Peter 1(Canada)
Cunningham takes the bout on very short notice (10 days) and is
awarded a draw in this match. Many feel the outcome is controversial and that Petchyindee should have won the
decision. A very good fight which set the tone for their second encounter.
Petchyindee, Sakad (Thailand) vs.
Cunningham, Peter (Canada) 2
Sakad takes too many things for granted in this fight down
under (rules, weight, etc.). He loses this fight to Cunningham hands down. Had this been under Muay Thai rules (as
Sakad had hoped) this could have been a classic match up!
Petchyindee, Sakad (Thailand) vs. Davi,
Nokweed (Thailand)
Called a draw, Petchyindee is very lucky with this decision. Davi seems to
easily out point and handle the legend, Sakad Petchyindee.
Petit, Phil (Canada) vs. Dell, Kerry
(Canada)
The buzz was Dell was out of his league squaring off with fellow Canadian
Petit. Dell shocks all with his convincing stoppage of the ultra tough Petit in the first. (Copyright MIKE MILES

Petres, Clyde (Holland) vs. Fenton,
Jason (Canada)
A big step up in class for Fenton and a win to boot. (Copyright MIKE MILES
PRODUCTIONS)
Petridis, Tasis (Australia) vs. Gibson,
Manson (USA)
Fun to watch.
Petridis, Tasis (Australia) vs.
Theriault, Jean Yves (Canada)
Petridis keeps very active while remaining very unorthodox.
Petridis defeats his fighting hero. Petridis is a low kick and Muay Thai athlete so this makes this feat even a
greater accomplishment for the Australian athlete.
Phaengphirom (Thailand) vs.
Kongdara (Canada)
The Thai is too strong and wins by KO.
Philidor Jr., Yves (Canada) vs.
Babesak, Attila (Hungary)
Philidor is too strong and wins.

The younger American just does not know how to deal with the Canadian's
constant pressure. (Copyright MIKE MILES PRODUCTIONS)

Deliron, Johnee (Reunion)
Philidor fights in the Boxe Francaise-Savate Arena against World
Champion Johnee Deliron.
Philidor Jr., Yves (Canada) vs.
Fairtex, Boonkerd (Thailand)
A big fight for Philidor whom, upon watching this video realized
he had given the former Thai Champion too much respect (who would not?). A rematch was a driving force for Philidor
in the years that followed but it never happened. Fairtex wins the encounter.
Philidor Jr., Yves (Canada) vs. Jumain,
Izzy (England)
A great fight that ended after prematurely. Philidor wins the decision.
(Copyright MIKE MILES PRODUCTIONS)
Philidor Jr., Yves (Canada) vs.
Mansurr, Colin (Holland)
The Dutch athlete made this fight the stuff of legend. His attitude
was the perfect foil for Philidor to bounce his personality (not to mention his fist, knees and kicks) off of. This
was the Muay Thai fight in Canada for 1994. (Copyright MIKE MILES PRODUCTIONS)
Philidor Jr., Yves (Canada) vs. Oshima,
Shigeyuki (Japan)
The much smaller Canadian has the larger Seidokaikan athlete
on the constant back pedal. (Copyright MIKE MILES PRODUCTIONS)

Chris (USA)
The American was not ready for the onslaught he was to experience. (Copyright
MIKE MILES PRODUCTIONS)
Philidor Jr., Yves (Canada) vs. Sot
Chilada, Nit (Thailand)
Philidor takes on the brother of the famous Thai (international)
boxer Sot Chilada. Things started out pretty evenly but Philidor turned the juice on in each round to eventually
stop the Thai athlete.
Piotorwski, Marek (Poland) vs. Kaman,
Rob (Holland)
Big credit to Kaman. Piotrowski had been beating up big names like Don
Wilson and Rick Roufus. Kaman KO's Piotrowski.
Pitsanulachan, Noknoi (Thailand) vs.
Seiler, Thomas (Germany)
At the end of the third round Seiler leaves the ring in disgust.
Egged back on by the audience, Seiler returns and Noknoi proceeds to pound his way to a win by KO as well as winning
a World Muay Thai Council World Title.
Poirier, Jimmy (Holland) vs. Trebunia,
Mike (Canada)
The very tough Dutch athlete eventually wears down from the constant attack of

Lilley slowly and methodically takes his German opponent apart. Towards
the end of the fight, Lilley overwhelms his foe with excellent clinch work and knee attacks. (Copyright MIKE MILES

Pontawee, Kanonglith (Thailand) vs.
Bourgeois, Marc (Canada)
The announcers, Kirk Jensen and Maurice Smith, predicted this
outcome on television only minutes before it happened.
Pouroskoui, Medhi (Canada) vs. Thornhill,
Jeff (Canada)
Complaints of illegal elbows. They both seem to throw them in this clip.
Postel, Sylvain (France) vs. Stevens,
Jim (USA)
I love this fight! Though Stevens is tough and the Frenchman has suspect punching
skills, he uses his legs to cut the American to pieces. Under Boxe Francaise-Savate rules.
Pralomran (Thailand) vs. Dekkers,
Ramon (Holland)
Good scrap.
Price, Tamara (Canada) vs. Cutbill,
Jennifer (Canada)
Cutbill battles against the very capable Price for a
Canadian title. Cutbill wins, but a very good scrap. (Copyright MIKE MILES PRODUCTIONS)
